Our Ur-Gose is a revival of the old Märzen-Gose style, but with new twists: to the traditional barley and wheat malts we add oat and smoked malts, to the coriander we add smoked salt from the thousand-year-old Halle saltworks near the brewery, Swiss Stone Pine cones and fine Ceylon Cinnamon. Finally, extra doses of aromatic and bittering hops round out this unique Märzen-Gose.
