Funky Universal Friend with Pinot Grigio grape must is a twist on Modern Times' Universal Friend saison. Similar to the Funky Universal Friend with Pinot Noir, the Pinot Grigio edition was spiked with some Brettanomyces yeast. The result is a fruity and slightly tart strong saison that has a complex blend of aromas and flavors from the great base beer and the grape must and yeast additions. Funky Universal Friend with Pinot Grigio is a one-off release from Modern Times. It comes in the large 750ml champagne bottles.
