Craftwork Brewery is a collaborative brewing partnership between Michael O'Brien and Lee-Ann Scotti, founded on 15th March 2014. With a 50 litre Braumeister, they run a somewhat uneconomic outfit. But this setup allows them to do it all by hand - from crushing the grain to filling the bottles. 

And while some nano operations like this struggle to produce quality products time and time again, that is not the case with Craftwork. The in and out quality of their beers is one of the strongest aspects of the brewery.

Craftwork mostly produce a mix of Belgian-inspired ales, along with some wild, sour and barrel-aged beers.
