Barrel Aged
Barrel-Aged beers can be hard to find. First there is the barrel, which normally needs to be acquired from a vineyard or distillery. These can be pricey, and are increasingly hard to find. Then there is the time it takes to barrel-age a beer. This can be a few months or a few years. Barrel-Aging has been known to produce some of the more complex and enjoyable (and expensive) beers around, but it's often worth the wait (and the price). We always try to have a handful of rare and unique barrel-aged beers in the store - choose from this carefully selected lot:
