Pours a hazy yellow colour with a greenish tinge and a tall frothy white head. aroma of straw, grainy pale malts, slightly yeasty and peppery, with notes of floral hops and a hint of grapefruit zest. Flavour is initially slightly fruity, with traces of bubblegum which gently fade into graininess, notes of marzipan and a herbal hoppy bitter finish. full-bodied with lots of character and average carbonation.
