Brewed at Belgium’s infamous De Proefbrouwerjibrewery, this series is Mikkeller’s first foray into traditional sour lambic. Like all true lambics, Spontanale is inoculated with wild yeast and bacteria, before lengthy maturation in oak barrels develops the signature sour, rustic and vinous characteristics.
