This beer produced in Belgium, it is fermented with airborne yeast, it has been incasks for years, is blended and is in every way made ​​by the book. Spontanale that this spontaneous fermentation hottie from Mikkeller called, is a Gueuze type is soft and mild in taste.
A Geubic brewed on: water, malt, oats, old hops and spontangær. Aged in oak casks.

Brewed at Belgium’s infamous De Proefbrouwerji brewery, this series is Mikkeller’s first foray into traditional sour lambic. Like all true lambics, Spontanale is inoculated with wild yeast and bacteria, before lengthy maturation in oak barrels develops the signature sour, rustic and vinous characteristics.
